



In February, implementing extended pilots session, KAUTECH students tested the following activities of challenge days: „Empathy team building in a workplace“ and „Entrepreneurship in social media marketing“. Students had to decide what kind of company they work at. Then they shared their ideas how they would encourage empathy building among workers. Each group presented their work and ideas. Other activity included helping students understand the significance of empathy in social media marketing, focusing on how emotional connections can drive successful campaigns. Students had to design empathetic social media strategies for a small business. Thus they created marketing content that resonates with various audiences by addressing their specific needs.
